User Interview

I have started with internal experts interview, the user group included: student in CH, parents in CH, teacher in CH, small business owner, gamer and internal service provider. From the interview I learnt the common and special need from different user group. The most answer/concern I have received is,

"I don't know how to interactive with the AR/VR laptop correctly."

I believed that interaction between hardware and system is the first prioritize problem I need solve through the on-boarding design. At the same time, according to the business goal which is mainly focus on consumer market. That also clear the product context,

As simple as possible, easy to understand.

Sketching, Wire-framing & Prototyping Test

Sketching and wire-framing is the best and effective way to make sure my assumptions workable for users according to several scenarios. From the sketching, I have created clickable prototyping to test with internal experts. Some of them are from my interview group at beginning, some are not. From the test result, I have learnt several ideas and iterate the design.

1. Don't need any fancy control, as simple as possible

2. Illustration with description combination for each step is necessary

3. Interactive gif can be considered to add into each step where we need

highlight for user to make attention
